Weekend Randoms

• Driving to work on saturday... It was a beautiful day at our place.... the further south I drove on Geneva the more fog I encountered. The fog never fully cleared out either. Boy was it chilly too.


• work was productive. Chase and I kept working on 'Grant's' corner. We thought it looked great but knew Grant would want to make some changes. Had to re-start a large sign for him. It okay, it looks much better now


• Friday night date night -- Cafe Rio!! Oh how its my favorite!! Their salad is the best thing in the world!! ... I should probably look up a recipe for it


• don't you love good hair days?? Saturday was a good hair day :) And I even went wavycurly


• When I was at the doctors the other day... I had to step on the scale -- oh goodness!! Yes I am a small person, but to me 10 extra lbs is a lot. And for me its hard to swallow. Winter and the holidays hasn't treated me to anything but yummy food with calories. I need some spring/warmth so I'll be more eager to get outside and active. Does weight ever catch you by surprise?


• Mitch hid my computer this moring... he wanted us to spend more time together :) It was nice, minus he was in the pestering mood. {He put citric acid in my pepsi -YUCK-, he put wrappers down my back, he wiped who knows what on my face, and poked at me way too much. Don't worry I'll get him back} He finally handed my lappy back over around 4 since he was ready to study and play some COD.


• We did attempt a walk with the boys this afternoon. It was a GORGEOUS day!! We headed to the boat harbor. We said hi to the horses down there - Jake loves them, Cezar on the other hand wasn't too sure of them and just barked at them. We walked down the harbor, it was so pretty!! I wished I had my camera. I'll have to make it back out there this week.


• I'm craving salad!! Abby has made this mean salad the past few days and has shared a few bites with me.... I'm drooling just thinking about it. I can't wait to go grocery shopping this week! Fetta, tomatoes, olives, lettuce, dressing... heavenly goodness!!


• I'm also in the mood to do some crafting. I love all the cute crafts fellow bloggers have been posting about!! I need some thing cute for Valentines day!!


• The never ending question - what to make for dinner... Any yummy recipes you would love to share with me? :) I'd love to try it!


• Do you ever crave color? I'm craving teal right now! I am so tempted to go bold and paint my office teal :) {I better finish the trim work in the family room first...}


• We seem to have lots a few kitchen items... I can't find our george forman grill or cake/brownie pan to safe my life! We are afraid that some how they got left at our old apartment. 5 months later we seem to notice lol. Has that ever happend to you?
