Happy as a clam

It was a good morning at work. Happy. Moderately busy. Planting. Beautiful plants. Sunshine. Blue skies. Planting up pots in the north garden. Giggles. A truck load of dirt.

Then the sky decided to darken... the wind started to blow.... and it started to rain!!

Can I just tell you how sick I am of the rain?!! Well I am. I know that its good... but all I care about lately is getting out and working and planting in my yard.

SO I TOLD the sky....

"Screw you weather!! I'm going to plant in the rain!!"

And that's exactly what I did!

Here's a little step by step of my NEW flower bed :)

I love it!

BUT this is what I did tonight. We finished building up the dirt. {Thank you Grandpa}

And I finally got to plant. I was happy and content. I spent an hour out in the rain.

Definitely my little piece of heaven.

I love seeing progress. I can't wait to show off to everyone at the BBQ tomorrow.

Muddy knees = Happiness
