10 things I've learn this past week
1: Avocado and eggs in a basket are by far one of my favorite meals lately. It's perfect for any time of the day.
2: I have been feeling antsy lately.... not quite myself....
3: Friday morning - making it a morning for myself! I went to a yoga class {first one - I loved it}, grabbed a Chai tea, sitting on the floor stretching while jotting my thoughts down... it's a good start
4: Taking care of my grandma is teaching me wonderful things. Like patience and true selfless love.
5: glittery pink nail polish is my new favorite
6: eager to make wonderful sugar cookies. Best part of Valentines!
7: I'm falling in love with Pilates and Yoga. I feel that it adds to my week. {exercising all around does, but I especially love the classes}
8: I feel that I've been in a minor blogging rut lately... I miss it. It's amazing how therapeutic writing can be
9: trying to drink lots of water. When I reach for my bottle... i remind myself - Zero calories. lol
10: my favorite way to stay motivated on staying fit and exercising lately... Pinterest baby. I love browsing through all the inspiring fitness pins!
