a slow paced morning

last night I crawled into bed to read my new Yoga magazine. {super giddy about it. another fabulous birthday gift from my Mitchel} sadly I couldn't keep my eyes open though. I dozed off quickly and woke after 10 to potty the boys and find out when Mitch would be home and then crawled back into bed. The boys announced Mitch's arrival home and who knows what time, as I rolled over half awake {barely} I enjoyed a snuggle from him and fell right back to sleep.

sunrise came and so did the boys wake up call. another quick trip outside for them, a couple of ibuprofen and I was right back to sleep. My goal was to make it to yoga this morning but my body had other plans - Sleep and lots of it.  I slowly made my way out of bed after 8. Enjoyed a bowl of cereal and crawled back into bed. Some mornings are just meant to be slow paced. a little yoga at home, some deep intentional breathing and I'm feeling a little bit more prepared for today. {although I would be delighted to spend the rest of the day in bed.... perhaps next week}
