creative juices

every now and then i get the urge to be more creative....

tonight i grabbed my new camera and sat in the back yard with jake and cezar. they played and enjoyed their bones we bought them at the farmers market and i snapped away. it's amazing what changing levels and angles does for the creative soul. the sky was gorgeous and hazy {due to another wild fire} and the air was the perfect summer warm. i'm grateful for the opportunity i had to purchase a new camera because it seemed to spark up the creative juices... {not that i'll be able to spark them the same way every time...}

i dream of someday touching somebody's life with my photography... talents. invoking emotion inside of them. even if it is just in one person... that would be a wonderful accomplishment. i'm constantly in awe of all the talented artists in each and every medium. someday....
