I seem to have fallen a little short with my shots yesterday.
I stayed home from church in order to catch up on some sleep {thanks mono}.
I managed to make sugar cookies as I intended.... but my sweet Nanna {sister} decided to stay home due to the snow fall. Mitch and I didn't get any snow :(

4: My bed calling my name.... I got a 3 hour nap in.

9: we had a family dinner at my grandpa's last night. Mitch helped me frost some cookies so we could take some.
After dinner, all the cousins played Sardines. Since Grandpa's new home is so large it was a perfect place to play. It was incredibly entertaining listening to everyone feel their way around in the dark downstairs in hopes of finding the person hiding. I was the last person to be it. I rocked the hiding place!! My brother Peter was the only one who was able to find me. We all had a wonderful evening!! Too bad I forgot to bring my camera along.

my favorite part of making sugar cookies is eating the dough while doing so. if every valentine's day means sugar cookies then i may officially be a convert to the holiday.
